Lessons are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled. If you cannot attend the lesson, you must notify House of TOEFL twelve (12) hours before the beginning of the lesson. If you do not notify House of TOEFL twelve hours before the start of the lesson, you will not be able to reschedule the lesson.
